Don’t just take my word for it—hear are some of the stories from athletes who have achieved incredible results on a Yamsquad training program. Whether they’ve broken personal records, gained confidence, or become stronger and faster, the stories speak for themselves:
Richard started off with the goal of breaking 7 minutes on his 2k with the side goal of losing weight and improving overall fitness. Over the past couple of years we have not only smashed through the 7 minute barrier(PB now 6:24) dropping over a minute from his initial time; Richard has won the British Indoor championships and lost more than 15 kilos (33lbs). Richard is now in a place where he is confident in his fitness and wants to push even further.
